Our decorating style is warm, comfortable modern, but we can also help clients who prefer contemporary, eclectic and transitional styles. We approach each space with fresh eyes, helping you define what you want your space to feel like and how you need to use it. Then we make your vision a reality!
#1: INITIAL MEETING
We’ll meet you for an initial consultation for $100 on-site to see your space and determine the scope of the project for bidding. For the $100, we give input on how we feel the space can be used well, discuss colors and textures we feel would work the best for your family and will send you a proposal with estimated hours for the full project. If you choose to work with us, we will credit the $100 towards your project amount and deduct from your first payment.
After the initial meeting, we will send you a proposal within 1-2 days which will reflect the estimated hours for the entire project at our rate of $150/hr.
After you’ve agreed to our services, we will schedule a meeting to come back to your home to measure the space, take photos, and discuss the project with you in more detail. At this meeting, you will be required to place an initial payment and sign our contract.
Within 2 weeks after our measure meeting, depending on the size of the project, we will send you and email with a designated Pinterest Board showing the recommended items as well as a Design PDF showing the furniture layout of your room and 2D or 3D visuals of the room.
After you have some time to review the plans sent to your email, we will set up a phone call or in-person meeting with you to review the items and see if we need to revise anything or move forward with purchases.
#6: PURCHASING ITEMS
When we have solidified the purchase list, we will do all the purchasing for you. Whenever possible, we will purchase your new items using our retail trade discount. That means you will receive 10-20% off at stores such as Crate & Barrel, CB2, West Elm, Design within Reach, Restoration Hardware, and more. Often the savings offset half of our design fees!
#7: STYLE DAY!
Once all your items are purchased and delivered, we will set up a Style Day to arrange accessories in your home and determine artwork placement. If the artwork is light enough, we will hang the artwork ourselves! When we’re done, you won’t believe it’s the same room!
Every client project is a little bit different based on the needs, budget and scope. We adapt for each client and find a way to make their new space feel right and unique to them.
